We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4 including two babies. We chose this hotel because the hotel does not charge any fees for children that are less than 6 years old. JPY 14,580 may not be particularly cheap for a 18-square-meter twin room in early December in Sapporo, but we felt it was still worth it considering that babies get to stay and eat for free (when you pay extra for breakfast for adults) with adults, and that the hotel was accessible from the underground walking space (1 minute after taking the exit 7). Here's a few additional thoughts which may be helpful: Breakfast - buffet style breakfast provided by a chain Italian restaurant. Nothing too special for the Japanese standard, but I believe that you would still be satisfied if you are not picky. Staff - we spoke Japanese during the stay. So, we did not really have the chance to test their language skills. Air purifier - may be brought to your room and used for free upon request. Sofa - there was a small sofa which can be seen in the pictures of the room. This was perfect as a bed for our 3 months old baby.

Location was great and near to many travel spots e.g odori park, Sapporo tv tower, Sapporo clock tower, Hokkaido government office, next to subway exits which make it very easy to access to subway. Near to airport shutter bus stop at Odori park. Very convenient and shield from weather if U come during raining or winter seasons as U can use underground subway passage to commute within Sapporo city centre without subject to rain or snow and hush weather conditions. There r many shopping areas surrounding the hotel, all with few meters to hundred meters walk. Room we chosen are 2 single bed with decent space to walk around. Very clean and comfortable place, except U have to bear with one pillow which they dont have additional pillows to spare. Aircon is good and quiet without funny smell or too dry. Tv size and picture quality is good, however, only a few Japanese channels which quite disappointing as they should have had added a few english news channels to provide some essential news and info to tourists. Wifi is also good, speed is decent for a normal use.

- Location. Very convenient to all the places, including Odori Park and Susukino for the snow festival, Nijo market and Sapporo Station. There are also several convenient stores near by to choose from. - Friendly Staff. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage with the staff while we wander around the city. They did all the check-in procedure when we arrived, so when we returned, all the paperwork were done and we got our room keys right away. Very efficient.

Very central (city center, you can get from the station to the hotel on foot via the underground passage, so it's no problem even with suitcases in winter/on snowy or rainy days), very friendly and helpful staff :) Wash/dry machine was available for easy use Amenities were available to take as needed, hair dryer was provided and the bathroom was nice and clean. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the station, to restaurants and a short walk to Odori Park. The rooms are pleasant, clean and well maintained. The rooms are quite small - but were fine for a two night stay with minimal luggage. The staff are helpful efficient and polite - and spoke some English - which was a bonus for us. The beds were comfortable and the room was well ventilated.
